MES Compact Panelboards are arranged for 3 Phase and neutral incoming supply and specially designed easy to install MCCBs. These are fitted with Form 3b type 2 busbar assemblies, tested and ASTA Certified. These Panelboards are designed to meet a vast variety of applications for distributing power throughout industry, domestic and commercial units.

Description

Construction:

MES Compact Panelboards are manufactures from CR Sheet Steel of thickness 1.5/2.0mm. Top & Bottom of the Panelboards are provided with removable gland plates. The doors can be locked to cover all devices to prevent unwanted access. The degree of protection of these standard panelboards is IP3 for indoor and IP55 for outdoor installation.

Surface Finish:

These are pretreated with Zinc Phosphate and protected both internally and externally with polyester powder coating. The colour is normally RAL 7032 textured (any special colour on request).

Range:

A wide choice of incoming MCCBs and Moulded case Isolators make MES Compact Panelboards flexible to suit most of the requirements and represent excellent value and will appeal to consultants, contractors, distributors, end users and OEMS. These are offered in ratings of 125A, 250A, 400A, 630A, 800A, & 1250A.

All incoming and outgoing MCCBs have Thermal/Magnetic adjustable tripping mechanism incorporated with a trip-to-test button. These are available in ratings as follows: 16, 20, 32, 40, 63, 100, 125, 160, 250, 400, 500, 630, 800, & 1250A.

Metering Facility:

Metering compartment can be fitted at the top of each board to monitor the current and voltage levels.

Option 2 : Ammeter+Sel Switch, Voltmeter+Sel Switch, 3 RYB lamps.

Compartment for KWH meter can also be provided along with the panel.

Cable Extension Box:

Top or bottom mounting cable enclosure box is available of the same size and same colour of the panel.
