Industrial (Floor-Mounted) Enclosures
Product Features:
Structure: A 10-fold frame that provides added strength and reliability. A 25mm hole pattern that allows for height, width and depth mounting of components and accessories for maximum space utilization. These are easily joinable and extendable on either side.
Door: A 2 mm steel door duly gasketed and fitted with an internal, removeable stiffening frame tgether with 3 hinges and a 3-point locking system. The door is reversible left or right side opening and can be fitted in place of the rear cover. 1200mm and 1600mm wide cabinets come with 3-point locking system master & slave doors.
Glazed Door: The glazed door can be provided with a 6mm tempered glass or a 3mm polycarbonate transparent sheet.
Back and Side Covers: 1.5mm sheet steel side covers are gasketed and assembled with press fit blocks. Studs are welded to facilitate earthing between the structure & covers.
Mounting Plate: The adjustable mounting plate, manufactured in 2.5mm sheet steel, is easily installed on 2 runners.
Bottom Plate: There are three section removable cable entry plates on the bottom for easy cabling access.
Ingress Protection: We can offer protection up to IP55 and EN60 529 NEMA 12.
Finish: Polyester powder coating Structure, door and panels – RAL 7032 textured. Mounting plate – Zinc coated or Painted.
Lifting: For easy lifting, 4 eyebolts are included.
Packing: The cabinets edges are carefully wrapped with corrugate board, covered with a polyurethane shrink film and mounted on a wooden pallet. The packing is retained with PVC strapping.
Extra Features:
Plinth: The cabinet can be mounted directly on the base or preferably on a plinth. 100mm and 200mm size of plinths are available.
Punched Sections: No need for punching, drilling or thread cutting. For rapid assembly pre-punched sections 23×23, 23×48 and 23×73 are available.
Joining: Absolute secure joining of enclosures with strong angle brackets with hardware.
19” Rack: Aluminium & Steel mounting angles punched for 19” electronic equipment are available.
Divider Panels: While joining the enclosures, divider panels are available for screening off individual units.
Cabinet Light: Door switch and enclosure light can be fixed easily on the frame.
DIN Rail & Face-Plate: To fix distribution equipment an Aluminum profile DIN Rail and fixing brackets complete with face-plate (screw fixed or hinged) are available.
Wiring Diagram Pocket: Included
Louvers: Louver plates of different sizes are available.
